Description
Discover the Graef SG520 Electric Knife Sharpener in Quartz Grey, available now from Appliance Logic.
Anyone who uses their knives daily knows that even the best knife will eventually become dull. Daily meal preparation and cutting fruits and vegetables on various cutting boards, in particular, contribute to the wear and tear of the knife blade, necessitating regular sharpening. With the GRAEF SG520 knife sharpener and its diamond-coated grinding wheels, blades can be restored to excellent cutting tools thanks to the two-stage, arc-shaped blade design and precise angle guidance. The slow-running sharpening and polishing wheels treat the material gently, ensuring a long-lasting, sharp edge. The stable 20° sharpening angle with elastomer blade guide allows for precise and safe blade sharpening, as the knife is guided by the handle, just as when cutting. This makes sharpening various types of knives quick and easy, even for beginners. The polishing stage can also be used for serrated knives
