Suitable for people starting out and those with a few years of lifting behind them, the MKM-81010 uses a pulley system to turn a 100 kg stack into up to 134 kg of resistance. Removing the arm curl pad and turning round converts the chest press into a seated row with a single pin. A height-adjustable preacher pad and a good set of bars and handles are supplied, giving plenty of variety from one frame.
